policy followed regarding privacy of personal or business information in their custody. Unless subpoenaed or called into
litigation, my firm does not disclose any information concerning clients to any third party without advance permission. CPA’s,
while having a high degree of trust under Gramm-Leach and the AICPA Code of Ethics, do not have attorney-client privilege,
so be advised that under court order, CPA’s must disclose whatever information is in their custody.

Our computer system safeguards all payment information that you transmit to us while using our site. This includes your user

transmitted over the Internet. If someone fraudulently uses your credit card information as a result of your making an online
purchase from James F. Imel, P. C., you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its rules and procedures. If
you do so, and your credit card provider holds you liable for unauthorized charges, we'll reimburse you for the liability up to
$50, the limit of your liability under federal law.
Return Policy
We don't want you to have anything from James F. Imel, P. C. that isn't completely satisfactory. If you wish to return an item,
send it to us at P. O. Box 852045, Yukon, Oklahoma 73085-2045. Enclose a note telling us:
· How you want us to handle the return. We can exchange the item, issue a gift certificate, issue a refund or
credit the card originally charged.
· Why you're returning the item (for example damage in transit, and so on).
· The name and address to which we should send your refund or exchange.
· An email address, fax or phone number so we can contact you if we have questions.
· All CPE courses are eligible for 100% refund until a satisfactory final exam is submitted.
Jurisdiction
The courts in Oklahoma County, Ok will have exclusive jurisdiction in all disputes relating to the use of this website, and the
ordering of goods and services.
Choice of Law
These terms and conditions will be governed and construed in accordance with Oklahoma law. James F. Imel, P. C. may
